PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in metal fabrication and in selling OEM's build to print, parts and products. Candidates should have general experience with cutting, forming, welding, and assembly of metal products. Knowledge of print interpretation and design process is a plus. Should have some level of an account base for metal fabrication sales.

The individual in this role will focus primarily on growing market share and increasing revenues.

JOB SUMMARY

Prioritize a list of leads and prospects within target markets to capture potential opportunities.

Identifying potential customers’ pains and providing solutions to resolve them.

Create and implement effective strategies to convert the opportunities into orders.

Complete annual sales plans for obtaining business in the target markets.

Maintain a robust account list including current customers and key contacts at all levels of these organizations.

Plan for contacting and meeting with key personnel on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to insure regular communication with key personnel at all accounts.

Proactively identify changes in market and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.

Develop and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Establish effective relationships and collaborations with all internal departments (such as Engineering and Manufacturing) to address key business issues and opportunities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience required.

Local travel will be necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
